Sometimes it takes a wreck to remember what’s worth the trip.
On Christmas Eve, struggling singer-comedian and father Nick Christopher is racing through the snow, trying to salvage Christmas for his family, when the impossible happens:
He hits Santa Claus with his car.
With Santa injured, the sleigh damaged and Christmas morning only hours away, Nick reluctantly becomes Santa’s unlikely partner for one chaotic night of rooftop crashes, runaway reindeer, viral videos and last-minute deliveries.
But beneath the comedy is a man who has quietly stopped believing—not simply in Christmas, but in himself.
As Nick and Santa make their way from family to family, Nick begins seeing what the night is really about: people carrying disappointment, parents doing the best they can, children still hoping, and the small moments that can make someone believe again.
Then Nick discovers a Christmas letter written by his own son.
He isn’t asking Santa for another toy.
He just wants his dad to laugh again.
